Terms and conditions (2010-08-16)

1. The guest accommodation request shall be completed as soon as the apartment is booked and confirmed or, if a written commitment was not possible, have been prepared.

2. The conclusion of the guest accommodation contract obligates the contractor to fulfill the contract, regardless of how long the contract was concluded. This contract can not be solved unilaterally.

3.rrival and departure times:
On the day of arrival, the apartments can be obtained after 3 PM and on the day of departure have to be left by 10 AM.

4. If agreed apartments are not available, we are obliged to provide an equivalent substitute in our house or in other places.

5. If the period between the conclusion of the contract and delivering exceeds 180 days, we reserve the right for price changes.

6. Changes in the VAT rate after the conclusion of the contract will be added to the price to be paid.

7. The guesthouse is to act in good faith to rent unused apartments otherwise in order to reduce losses.

8. Liability for clients goods are according to the German law.

9. Place of jurisdiction for all of the contractual relationship resulting liabilities, and jurisdiction is exclusively Überlingen.

10. With regard to our other guests you are not allowed to bring pets.


Cancellation scheme

In the case of a cancellation the following conditions apply:
60. - 30. day before arrival = 50% of accommodation costs
29. - 10. day before arrival = 75% of accommodation costs
9 or less days before arrival = 80% of accommodation costs

On cancellation of a reservation, we will try to rent the apartment otherwise.
If we do not succeed, we will charge your share of the rent.
The arrival and departure days are obligatory for the guest. Thus, for late arrival or early
check out, 80% of the agreed room rate will be charged.
We recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
